The three apartments of "La Terrazza di San Martino" are situated on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, in the small hamlet of San Martino near the village of Lisciano Niccone, surrounded by the green hills of the Alto Tevere Umbro and a stones throw from Lake Trasimeno. They are located in a typical agricultural house that has been completely restructured, with a swimming pool and an ample sun deck. The three family managed apartments are ample and comfortable and can entertain up to 9 people.

Further to offering relaxing vacations, "La Terrazza di San Martino" it is a good point of departure to reach our more famous cities such as Assisi, Perugia, Siena, Orvieto, Spoleto, Gubbio, Cortona, Montepulciano and so many others.
